Prabal Gurung, Pre Fall

I caught on Man Repeller this morning, another glimpse of Prabal Gurung’s Pre Fall 2012 collection. The very same that I posted a video of here a few days ago. The kaleidoscope patterns are gorgeous, and, I learned via Fashionologie, inspired by ” the grittiness of life in India.”  I am actually super pumped for dropped waist dresses. If I recall correctly I was a fan of them in preschool, and they say fashion is cyclical. And a slim, straight, mens wear-y coat? Be still my heart. The only thing I’m not digging on is the silk charmeuse (??-totally made up) dresses that look a little too slinky 70s night club for moi.
